Welcome to the official web site for the Estancia at Wiregrass Community Development District (CDD). This site is funded on behalf of the Community Development District in an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the district, and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day operations of the community.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

**The Estancia at Wiregrass Community Development District Board of Supervisors will soon have a vacancy on the board.  Any interested residents should send their resume/letter of interest to jlansford@gms-tampa.com by November 4, 2024.  Interested parties need to be a registered voter in the District and be a citizen of the United States.  Thank you!

The Estancia at Wiregrass CDD meeting that was scheduled for October 15, 2024 has been CANCELLED due to impacts from Hurricane Milton.  The next regularly scheduled meeting will be November 12, 2024.  Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTICE - PAVER REPAIRS

On Wednesday September 11th and Thursday, September 12th there will be periodic lane closures and traffic flow disruptions around the Estancia boulevard fountain while the pavers are repaired.  Please plan to use other entrances on those dates.  Thank you!

Estancia at Wiregrass Community Development District Disclosure

Please be advised that the Estancia at Wiregrass Community Development District (the "District"), a local unit of special purpose government created under Florida law, has constructed and is responsible for the maintenance of certain improvements, infrastructure and facilities within the District. The District financed this construction through the sale of tax-exempt bonds, a form of public financing. As a result, and in accordance with applicable federal and state law, all District owned improvements, infrastructure and facilities are and shall remain open and accessible to the general public. Should you have any questions on this matter, non-resident user fees applicable to District recreational facilities, or any other general District issue, please feel free to contact the District Manager.
